There are many lessons I've learned since being human.

In a recent session, someone shared an experience that reminded me how deeply the subconscious holds keys to healing. What emerged was a beautiful message about letting go of control — and I saw how powerful it was for them to finally breathe freely again…

Life is messy. It never turns out exactly like you expect, but you have to make the best with the cards you’re dealt with. 

My hope is to not repeat the same mistakes made in the past. Repair what I can, and keep moving forward to be the best I can be each day. I hope you can do the same. No one is perfect. Forgiveness heals the forgiver.
