Ruthie Benninger began her spiritual journey 5 years ago in Columbus, Ohio. She reached the level of Reiki Master and began her modalities of Regression Healing and Starseed Activations four years ago through the shop Mystic Sisters. In 2021, Ruthie was called to service the collective consciousness in Sedona, Arizona and is an active member of Team Light. As a Blue Ray healer, Ruthie works closely with and channels the Galactic Federation of Light and is passionate about connecting clients to their star families and guidance through light language DNA activations. Her specialties also include chakra balancing and clearing, unlocking dormant DNA codex to activate your gifts, cord cutting, entity removal, and personalized channeled light language grids.
