Reiki is a non-invasive ancient Japanese healing technique focused on energy flow within the body to promote overall well-being. I can help you relax and clear negative or stagnant energy blocks, so your body is better able to tap into its natural healing abilities, instilling a sense of confidence to enjoy life and face challenges head-on.

I am a Certified Level II Usui Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, trained and fully attuned by a Reiki Master in the vortexes of Sedona, Arizona (lineage available.) I am also an intuitive empath and use that gift in tailoring sessions specifically to the unique needs of your mind, body and spirit.

I offer “virtual” (real-time voice or video) or “distance” (no live interaction needed) sessions. Energy transcends time, so I can also send Reiki without live interaction and for pre-determined times- perfect for job interviews, presentations, tests, or any other situation you could use an extra positive energy boost from the Universe!

For those in the Phoenix area, in-person sessions may be available on a case by case basis. 

I am also very gifted with animals and provide animal Reiki sessions (virtual or distance) to support the wellbeing of your furry friends.
