I founded Sacred Souli® Sanctuary from my own healing journey—seeking relief from anxiety, depression, inflammation, exhaustion, and the hollow ache of walking through life on autopilot. Turning to alternative energy healing allowed me to reset and regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my heart, and remember who I was before the world told me who to be. The more I alchemized my traumas and dug into my spiritual existence, the sharper my gifts became and the deeper my connection to the Divine grew. Today, my mission is to hold a sanctuary where others can heal not just the body, but the spirit—and create a transformational blueprint for their own mind-body-soul reclamation.

• Certified Success Coach & Facilitator of Souli® Sessions – Soul-led coaching and intuitive sessions guide others to reclaim their voice, restore their sense of self, alchemize their trauma from bleeding wounds to healed over scars and enables you to step out of survival into embodied freedom.

Up until just three years ago, I had no idea what “regulating the nervous system” even meant. All I knew was that I lived with chronic pain, digestive issues, inflammation, low energy, and the feeling of being unwell.
