Larissa Ruiz

Originally from Peru, I've lived abroad and traveled since I was 17 years old. In 2008 I embarked on a hero's journey that transformed my life, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Today, I do energy medicine work and coaching, based on the four levels of perception, body, mind, soul and spirit or energy level of the Andean medicine wheel. The processes and wisdom behind the medicine wheel are lineage based. I work with the forces of Creation, below (nature) and above (cosmos), the power animal archetypes and the three guardians of the worlds. I have a strong emphasis on soul connection and soul integration. I believe the soul is the bridge between body-mind & spirit. It is the soul that heals and it is the soul that leads the way towards creating inner harmony. This work is an energy workout. To build a solid foundation from within, it takes commitment and perseverance. As a facilitator and coach, I can guide and support along the way, but it is the person who walks the territory.
