Beautiful Souls, 

Thank you for taking the time to read through my biography and the founding ideals that were behind the establishment of Papillon Naturotherapy. Over the next couple of paragraphs I invite you to take an eagle-eye’s view of my Reiki attunement journey and how it has developed an abundance of positivity and tools of self-manifestation into the daily life I lead.

Through attunement, my individualized purpose and its pathway have been enlightened by the traditional practices laid forth in Usui  Reiki I, II, and III attunement training. These practices have allowed me to live a life of purpose and fulfillment where I could physically see the transformations I had mentally worked towards within’ my inner-self. I hope the following journey has aspects that you resonate or identify with and by the end you share the sentiment I do, in prioritizing your spiritual health while in collaboration with your physical health.

For most of my professional life, I was in a career that revolved around society's “wheel” of money, ego, big houses and materialistic things. Living this life for decades, my internal self had seemed dormant to its intent although success was visible. Through a period of change I began to feel my kundalini energy awaken. Changes began from within’ that I had not expected, yet welcomed. My intuition became very strong, yet I didn’t understand what was happening. Acknowledging this awareness that was coming to me that I had not known before.

Researching and educating myself for the following years, keeping most of the experiences to myself, I began to feel the divine guidance that would activate and empower my true essence. Teaching myself with the guidance of this divine energy, I learned how to let all the experiences of my past go; releasing those which would not positively impact me further as an enlightened individual. I began becoming protective of myself as an individual: protecting my energy from those who would seek to draw it without consent, consistently cleansing the space and objects around me from any unwanted energy drawn to its physical components, and ensuring my overall health was given the prioritization I would previously give to the ambitious desire to fulfill what society had called my purpose.

As a giver and an empath, the process of letting go of the past to remove the negativity that I felt was holding my enlightenment back was extremely difficult. Often this new enlightened path would show me things I had already known inside but excused outright. My confidence in: self, my voice, my vision for purpose grew as I filled my life with the positive aspects that it had gifted me. This urged me to continue onward, to maintain the growth I had begun towards completing my attunement and enlightening my soul.

This enlightening path led me to crystal energy and the effectiveness of their presence around and besides me. After being introduced thoroughly to the Chakra system, through Reiki attunement, I began to notice heat focusing from the center of my palms. Through attunement guidance and use of crystals I developed this energy to a point that I could feel it emanating through my Chakral system and out the area that had become heat-focused before.

Life guided me since then to this point, developing that energy and internal balance further and now my purpose is clear through the mission of a Light Worker. I have been a Reiki Master since 2015 and have since become a fitness instructor bettering others lives through both energy-healing and physical mentorship. I am truly honored and feel so blessed to have the opportunity to teach others how to tap into universal life energy to further empower yourself, your family and your friends.
